When hope is lost, lives are at stake. That's what an abortion is. It is the inability to see hope in the future because of an unwanted pregnancy.
It's easy to be against abortion, knowing how much Jesus loves unborn children. It's hard to be for life. Becky Stewart, the staff and volunteers at the Women's Resource Center in Natchitoches are doing the hard stuff, because they love Jesus, unborn children, their mothers and fathers, and their families.
They have served over 365 clients this year on a shoestring budget. They walk with women from decision to birth and beyond. It's not just a "don't have an abortion" ministry. It is a loving, caring, supporting center that is doing what no one else is in huge portion of Central Louisiana touched by no other ministry like this.
